Short description:

It is an international training course designed for youth workers who want to use music as a practical tool in their daily work with young people. In today’s fast-paced and often stressful world, many young people struggle with motivation, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of belonging. Music - as a universal and accessible language — can support emotional regulation, creativity, social inclusion, and learning. During the project, participants explored hands-on methods such as music-based stress reduction, rhythm and simple instrument activities, songwriting, analysing song lyrics, and using digital tools for music creation. The training is based on non-formal education methods and experiential learning.
